Yes, we prioritize sustainability by mainly using reused or recycled packaging materials. Expect to receive your items in pre-used paper, bubble wrap, recycled cardboard boxes, and paper tape. We carefully pack each order to ensure your items arrive safely, with a touch of extra care and love.

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. Include a few photos of the damaged item(s) and a description of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly and look into refund options with the shipping company.
